AIR CRASH. (United Service.) (Received tins day nt « a.m.) HIR.SINCiI-'ORS. ’ May 22. Two military aeroplanes collided over ViborK and one crashed in the c-entro of the city. The pilot, the mechanic and a civilian were killed and four civilians were injured.

GENEVA, May 22. It is understood the Tariff’s Committee suggests a continuous effort should he made to reach a collective agreement for a general reduction of tariffs, commencing with particular groups of commodities, especially articles most important to economic life. The agreements should cover as many stages of production as possible, having regard to the fact if reductions are limited to duties on raw material or semi-finished articles these reductions will increase protection for these products in the latter stages of manufacture.
