AVanteh A Buttk.ji Feei.inc. The incessant rivalry between eapitail ami lalwmr is the cause of much trouble. The problem should he shifted ou to solid ground, and settled by those who are the real parties, namely 'management and Inlvour. .Management will require tO' exert itself to the very Utmost to secure, efficiency, and to maintain the workmen's jobs for them. The part of the workmen will he cooperation, and there is no doubt they will not disappoint us. This is a certain remedy for inefficiency and unemployment.
