Madrid, correspondent' says •< youth in the village of Rasa, mat province, Tarragon induced children to come to the fields to watch him pigeon shooting. He shot seven children dead with » double-barrelled shot guir and killed eight on route to the village where he shot a woman dead and wounded another, and slew her with an axe. He wounded five more and fled, pursued by police. He has beep captured.
