Mr Justice James, in the Chambers, delivering his reserved, judgment in the appeal by “Beckett’s Budget” newspaper against the action of the Postmaster-General in removing the “Budget” from the register of newspapers, on the ground that it contained indecent and obscene matter, upheld Hie Postmaster-General s action. and dismissed the appeal.
