Convicted and ordered tv> pay costs TOs each. Same v. X. !.. Field (Mr Sellers), a charge of selling, keeping open, and exposing liquor for sale after hours (Railway Hotel). A plea of guilty was entered on the charge of selling, the police then withdrawing the other two charges. Fined £2 and costs 10s. BOROUGH BYE-LAWS.
W. Gaylor, Borough Inspector (M.r Park) v. .J. Cave, a charge or leaving an unlighted motor car unattended. Fined 5s and costs 20s Gd.
Same v. C. Coyle, a. charge of allowing a horse to wander at large. Fined 5s and costs 20s Gd.
Same v. H. J. Kearns, 1 horse. Fined 20s and costs 20s Gd. DEBT CASES.
D. C. Streeter (Mr Elcocki v. A. McCallum. claim for £2 Bs. Judgment for plaintiff with costs 25s fid. M. Haddow (Mr Park) applied by suit for possession of tenement. Order made for possession to he given in three weeks, costs £1 10s fid allowed against defendant.
