EARTHQUAKE DISASTER
BLACK SEA RISES SUDDENLY. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) ATHENS. April 20. There are earthquakes still being telt at Corinth. A number of the residents have left, but the majority are determined not to abandon the city, which it lias keen decided to reconstruct cn the same sight.

The Black Sea suddenly rose several feet at Verna, hut it dropped to normal a few hours later. BUCHAREST. April '25. Curious phenomena have occurred at Coiistanza in Roumania. The sky darkened, and rain fell which appeared to contain mud. 'I his rain fell continuously for three hours. MOSCOW, April 20. A violent storm did great damage in the Ukraine. Work had to he suspended in many factories. Telegraph and telephone communication is interrupted.
