At the .Magistrate's Court, Westport, on Wednesday, Sydney Bernard I lammersley, of Reiminsinn, was charged with ' receiving various parts of a motor car. the property of Francis George Marsden. The police said that the stolen parts were valued at f!5. A constable found the parts in accused’s car. lie rUmitled that ir* knew they were stolen, hut would not say who stole them.
