(United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) HIDES MARKET. MELBOURNE, April 5. At the hides market general prices were unchanged. Kips were in sellers favour. LABOUR ATTITUDE. SYDNEY, April 1. A statement has been issued by the Australian Workers’ Union in which it emphatically disagrees with the action of the Labour Council in running away from the confereene. The Union adds; “The Australian Workers’ Union will continue to attend the conference, having made certain practical proposals to the Government. which, if adopted, will greatly increase employment, and will help industry.”
