The Liberals in the House are still a mere handful and they do not all recognise the leadership of ATr Lloyd George. Well justified, however. is the comment that “the revival of Liberalism is not a mere wish, hut a vital fact.” The victory of St. Tves. following on several other successes, makes it clear that Liberalism is far from dead, and that there is n disposition on the part of electors to turn to it from the extremes of Toryism and Labour.
