Tailiape. indcieiit assault on males, to three years lull'd labour. Reginald Crutchley, probation for 12 months for selling a motor bike which had not been paid for under a hirepurchase agreement. William .James Brennan, nine months hard labour for an assault at Looks Garden. • GISBORNE. March 7. At the Supreme Court, George N’gnliniu. 10. for being foil ml in a dwelling with the intention to cnuuuit a crime, was sentenced to three years Borstal detention, probation being relnsed ill view of bis previous record. For committing mischief hv seriously wounding a cow which had been tiespassing in bis garden. I’.noka Tolicriii I’aku was admitted to probation I'm twelve months.
