THURSDAY. FEB. 16th. (Before W. Meldrum, Esq., S.M.) LICENSING ACT. The police charged two offenders with being on licensed premises after hours (Masonic Hotel). Ordered to pay costs 10s each. Two others similarly charged (Masonic Hotel) were convicted, one to pay costs 10s and the other fined 40s and costs. ,7. W.
