(Australian Press Association & Sun.) IN THE COMMONS. (Reeiived this day at 111.15 a.in.i LONDON, Feb. 15. Sir P. Sassoon replying to a question on the progress of the Dominions for the erection of standard mooring masts for Empire airships, said Canada had selected a site at Saint Herbert, Montreal, and the work is already in progress. South Africa had not yet selected its site, but the Air Ministry bad ordered the material for the mast, and the work would begin ns soon ns the site was chosen. Sir Locker Lamnson in reply to a question said the Government had received the preamble' oT the proposed Anglo-American arbitration treaty, and also the draft proposal for the perpetual Franco-Ameriea friendship. Cabinet was considering the whole subject. Mr Baldwin, after questions, gave notice he would move a resolution relating to Lord Oxford’s death on Thursday. Following the precedents of the deaths of Gladstone and Chamberlain, after to-morrow’s tributes the Lords and Commons , will adjourn.
