(Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, Feb. 2. The Government enquiry into the Dyne case has opened. The proceedings will be private and will likely last for a fortnight. The Board of Enquiry reports to the Baldwin Cabinet who decide whether it shall lie published.
