AUSTRALIA WINS. KIRlv-WIXDEYER CUP. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) WELLIXGTOX, .Tan. 30. X'ow Zealand to-day lost the KirkWindeyer Clip to Australia, on the ■Miramar Links, in ideal weather. Until teams won three, matches each, and on the holes being counted, Australia had won by ten holes to six. .Morpeth and Ross won their match in the foursome, and Horton and Ross each won their singles for the Xew Zealand team. In the singles. Dr Kenneth Ross defeated l)r Nigel Smith by four up. and T. If. Horton accounted for \V. If. Smith by one up. \Y. If. Dobson beat Donald (Irant by one up, and Dr Lop Brown won his match with Sloan Morpeth by six up.
