WHY MARRIAGES FAIL.

Ignorance, unemployment, the housing shortage and defiance of parents, are given as the primary cause of martial unhappiness in the first report of the “Reconciliation Bureau,” established by the Salvation Army to settle all squabbles except those of n political nature. Of the first three hundred cases dealt with two-thirds concerned difficulties between husbands and wives. “ Toung people confess that they get married to be happy but when they are questioned they show ail alarming ignorance of the things necessary to true happiness, adds the report.
