ENGLAND DEFEATS WALKS. (Australian A-N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, Jan. 21. Til the presence of forty thousand spectators in rain at Swansea, England heat Wales hy 10 points to 8. Tho field was so waterlogged when England heat Wales at Swansea, that a, fire brigade had to pump it out. Spectators were crouching under umbrellas with legs wrapped in rugs and newspapers.
