SECOND DAY. WELLINGTON, Dec. 28. The results of the Australian and New Zealand championships are as follows : For the first time since 1911. New Zealand won the championship shield with 10 points. X.S. Whiles scored 7. and Victoria and Queensland 1 each.. Savidan gave Rose a great tussle in the three miles run. leading the last (11th) lap by several yards. Rose got the verdict at the end by six inches. Davidson (Victoria) set a new high jump record 6ft. Sins. J. W. Shirley (K Z.) added 3Jins to his high jump record. E. Ransom and E. Xcsd.de dead heated in the HOyds inside the N.Z. record time. The N.S.W. relay race team clipped a fifth of a second off the Victorian record of 1921.
