SCULLING.

BARRY WINS. (Australian .t N.Z. Cable Association.) VANCOUVER. Dec. 23. In the sculling race between Barry and Good.soli, Barry won by twelve lengths. The race was rowed against a wind and in driving rain. There was a complete reversal of form. Barry led from the start. He had a lead of three lengths at the mile, and then he increased his lead steadily. A Imat following Goodsell got too dose, thus interfering with the sculler, but Barry bad got too far ahead for it to loose any dillerence. The race finished in a deafening tumult of sirens and cheers. Harry finished lit. and rowed hack to his quarters. Goodsell finished in a state of collapse. He had to he given assistance before be was able to row in. He was unable to give an interview. His supporters blame Good sell's defeat on to bad lock. During bis training, be injured bis wrist in a fall, ami bad an upset into the water.
