(Austrnlian it N.Z. Cable Association.) VANCOUVER, Dec. 21. Goodseil and Barry arc putting the finishing touches on their training for .Monday’s race. Goodsell’s camp reports that tlie Australian lias confined himself to short sprints. He feels the cold more than bis opponent, but has proved effective in rough water. Barry's camp reports that the Englishman is praying for a calm day. Expert observers are unanimous that Barry is much improved in training methods and condition. They believe unless the water is very rough he will extend Goodseil to the limit. The weather outlook is. continued snow and cold.
