OIL COMPANY FLOTATION
(Received this day at 12.25 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 3(1,
The Guarantee Trust Coy. announced the flotation of four million tenyear 3) per cent gold bonds of the Union Atlantic Coy. The statement says: “ Union Atlantic Coy. stock, of which will he owned fifty per cent by the Union Oil Coy. of California, and fifty per cent by the Atlantic Refining Coy., lias been formed to develop the economical transportation and distribution of products of Union Oil and Atlantic Refining Coys, in Australia and New Zealand. The Company will own all common stock, to the amount of three hundred thousand sterling of the Atlantic Union Oil Company Limited, which has been incorporated in Australia and has already acquired valuable land sites for the erection of storage facilities as well as for bulk terminals at the principal ports of entry to Australia and New Zealand markets. The proceeds of this issue will he used for advance to the* Atlantic Union Oil Coy. for construction of such facilities, terminals and other purposes.
