GUILTY OF MURDER.
BRISBANE, Nov. 24. Patrick Fitzroy Solmon was found guilty of the murder of Patrick Dowling (cabled on 19th July) and was sentenced to imprisonment for life. Solmon pleaded he was suffering from the effects of liquor and had a scuffle with Dowling but did not know what happened.
