The death took place at AVaimang.xroa last week of Mrs Ellen Connew. at the residence of her son. Mr J. Coilnew. The deceased, who had resided for the past 50 years at Wainmngaron, was 7(1 yturs ot age. and was highly respected by all who knew her. She is survived by a grown up family r.f three sons namely. Messrs Joe Connew of AA'aimangaroa, Jack of Glen Massey. Kred of Christchurch. and three married daughters all residing in Wellington. Alesdames Handeock, D Neill and Neville.
