The Commission resumed to-day. The Administrator, recalled by the Commission, said before Mr Nelson left for his tour in Australia, there were never any serious political disagreements between them, nor was the general question of banishments discussed between them. Counsel are now addressing the Commission. Mr Meredith remarked that the evidence showed European members were guided by tlie Man and Nelson led it. by refusing to pay taxes, and not obeying the orders of tlie Government officials. A section of tlie community were delving tlie law, and there was practically a state of revolution.
