ST ANDREW’S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

“Young People's Day” was observed on Sunday last when special services were held both morning and evening. There was a large gathering of parents and children in the morning when the special older of service with responsive readings was used. The Sunday School scholars under the leadership of Air Preston and Aliss Davidson sang several hymns and a solo was sung by Alilly Coulson. The text in the morning was “ She hath done what she could,” and in the evening the subject was “ Alissions,” with the text “ The fields are white already to harvest.” Afr Hayward spoke of the work of the Church in India, and China and of the opportunities locally for work among the young people.
