APIA, Oct. 9. Saturday ended a dreary day with a long succession of witnesses, who traversed the careers of the Faipules, with charges of illegalities and remissness of duty, interference with village officials, and usurpation of the duties of the High Court or Administrator.
The witnesses were all Samoans, speaking through an interpreter, and progress was slow.
