(Special to Press Association by Radio APIA, Oct. 0. At the Samoa Commission, Paumuina endorsed Lagolago’s account of their mutual banishment. Ho was opposed to the Hospital tax, the Fine Alat Restriction, and the proposed sub-division of the lands. The last-named policy would make the young men independent of the heads of their families, which would he a had tiling. He himself had procured the banishment of a young man at witness’s village in 1924, lint that had been desired by the Chiefs and Orators of the place.
