PRINCE ON THE GOLF LINKS. LONDON, Sept. 30. The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of York on Friday both appeared in the role of leaders of fashion. Playing golf at Sandwich, the Prince wore black shoes with white uppers. With these magpie shoes he wore blue check stockings, gieyisli plus fours and a blue pull-over. At a Glagow mannequin parade the Duchess gave formal blessing to the new picture gowns with bouffant skirls. Slie declared she admired the gowns tremendously, and expressed the hope that they would soon enjoy a wide popularity.
