[by TELEGRAPH —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] LADIES’ CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL. PAL3IEBSTON N., Oct. 6. The Dominion Ladies’ Golf Championship was won by Mrs H. Collinson (3fanawatu) who defeated 3liss E. Culling (Auckland) two up and one to play, after 35 holes. The match proved to ho a splendid exhibition of steady golf, hub misfortune seemed to dog the Aucklander, who struck a great number of bunkers, and on one green she cannoned her opponent’s hall into tho hole.

At tho end of the first eighteen holes, 31 rs Collinson was six up, but 3liss Culling made a wonderful recovery in the afternoon. Ideal weather conditions prevailed. The four-ball bogey resulted in a tie between 3lisses White-Parsons and Gould (Christchurch), and 3lisses White (Napier) and Halse (Marton). In the play-off the Rattray Cup was won by 3lrs Woollams (Wanganui).
