M (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) TENNIS PLAYERS. LONDON, Oct. 3. Reviewing tennis players’ performances, Wallis Myers, in the “Daily Telegraph” says the world’s first ten are: Lacoste, Tilden, Cochet, Boiotra, Alonzo, Hunter, Lott, Hennessey, Brugnon, Loleluh (Czecho-Slovakia). The classification is based partly on results of Davis Cup matches, as well as three championships played at W imbledon, Saint Cloud and Forest Hills. Australian - leaders are omitted, not because their skill does not entitle them to-places, bupbecau.se their return to v, international tennis is postponed. Unless I-'am' greatly mistaken both Australian men ’ nnd women will figure ' most prominently in European tenuis in 1928. ,/
