Tho Dominion ladies’ golf tournament was continued this afternoon, when the medal handicap was decided the winner proving to be Mrs D Stout (Wellington)), 82 (8) 74. A. record for the links was established by Miss 0. Kay (Dunedin), who returned a gross score of 77. The previous record was 79, made by Miss Gladys Seifert during the morning’s play. Previous to that, the best return for the course was 80. Miss Ivay duffed a drive at the 16th, yet she finished under one bogey, by making a 36 feet putt. She was the recipient of many congratulations.

PARIS, September 29. George Duncan, with an aggregate of 299, for seventy-two holes, won the French open golf championship.
