TO-MORROAV’S GAAIES. The final of the junior knock-out competition between Excelsior A. and TCokatahi takes place to-morrow afternoon for the right to hold the Breeze Shield for the year. The two teams are each of the opinion they can win and there is hound to be a ban! struggle for supremacy, so that a good game should result. The Westland Sub-Union team journey to Reefton to-morrow, leaving Newman’s Garage at 7.30 a.m. to play Inangnhua for the Dittman Shield, in the afternoon, and a good game should result.
The following will represent Excelsior third grades in their match with Uniteds (Grey) at 3 o’clock to-mor-row. :—Chisholm, Hamilton, Nestor, Dale, Maefarlane, Hughes, Bnnsgrove, Sutherland, Reid, R. King, Stewart, Sumner, Henderson, Pringle, Larcombe. Emerg.: Stapleton, Jelly, Parkhill, Shearer.
The following will represent Excelsior juniors in their match with Kokatahi on Cass Square to-morrow at 3 o’clock:—Preston, Thompson, Hughes, Palmer, Gardyne, Gay, Gillooly, McMinn, Butland, Davidson, R. McDonald, Staines, A. AlcDonnld, Stevenson, Stopforth, Emerg: B. Gugich.
