(Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) FINAL LEAGUE SITTING. GENEVA, Sept. 27. At the final session of the League Assembly occurred a discussion on the continuation of the League's efforts at modification of international law. which will he speeded up. President Guanis in a valedictory address emphasised the happy manner in which reconciliation on the most divergent views regarding security and disarmament had been effected.
