Tho city assessor’s report shows the unimproved capital valuo of tho city is assessed at £61,458,000, compared with £41,218,000 last year, an increase of nearly £17,250.C0D. This means an additional £7O,CXX) revenue.
RAIN REPORTED. SYDNEY, Sept. 24. Although good rains were reported from many parts of New South Wales the Victoria wheat belt was not benefited to any great extent.
