(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) AVARXING BY DOCTOR. CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 21. Epidemics of infantile paralysis have appealed at intervals of four or five years since 1912. On this basis Dr J. It. AYill told the New Zealand Massuers’ Association that another epidemic may he expected in 1929 or 1930. In America there was a definite conclusion that ttie disease was carried h.v air from one person to another by nasal secretions. One means of spreading tlie disease was by kissing and fondling children. The most efficient control was tlie isolation of patients as soon as tlie presence of the disease was detected, and tlie prevention of ail gatherings of children.
