Kenneth McDonald, “ Bud ” Barsky star, will bo seen in “ The Speed Demon. ’’ a Master Picture coming to the Princess Theatre this (Friday) evening. J lie story is one of a red-blooded American boy who tries to convince his sweetheart’s horse-loving father that automobiles are not so harmful' as he thinks. Following the failure of the father’s favourite mount to run in the money at the famous Tin Juana track, McDonald enters the San Diego speed classic and races to fame. With the money obtained from the race he pays off the father’s debts and wins his approval ns a son-in-law. Here are just live of the many hundred thills in “The Speed Demon”:—d) The rescue of Peggy Montgomery l>v Kenneth .McDonald and his mechanic gives the production an opening thrill that is alone worth the price of admission to any fan.
