PREMIER'S DEXIAL. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association. ■WELLINGTON, Sept. 22. Kan .1. G. Coates states rumours are circulating that the choice of Mr A. H. Waring as the official Reform candidate for 1 ’ Raglan, was arranged from Wellington. This lie gives an emphatic denial, stating no interference whatever was attempted by Ministers with the free choice by the meeting of Government supporters at Tiiakau.
