(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) THE HOUSE. 4VELLINGTON, Sept. 20. The House met at 2.30 p.m. On the motion of the Prime Afinister, the House agreed that the Samoan Commission to supplied confidentially with a copy of the evidence taken before the joint Parliamentary Committee set up to consider the Samoan petition. The House went into Committee on the Shops and Offices Bill as amended by ithe Labour Bills Committee and passed the short- title when progress was reported.

The second reading of the Rural Intermediate Credit Bill,' pro forma was agreed to and the Bill was referred to a special Committee set up to consider it. Second readings of Fungicides and Insecticides Bill of New Zealand Institute of Horticulture Bill were also agreed to. The Fertiliser Amendment Bill and Orchard Tax Bills were also introduced and read a first time. The House rose at midnight.
