TEST MATCH DIFFERENCE. (Australian it N.Z. Cable Association.) SYDNEY, Sept. 20. New South Wales Cricket Association is badl.v perturbed over the recent decision of tho Board of Control that New South Wales shall lose a test match ,which has been allotted to Queensland during the forthcoming visit of the English team, New South Wales being required to forego its second test. According to statements made by the representatives on tho Board, New South Wales and Victorian delegates each moved to retain this test, hut the voting favoured Victoria by 4 to 3, and the Board declined to consider a suggestion that the delegates should consult their associations before a final decision was taken. New South Wales Association has now decided to ask for the reeision of the deeison.
