The failure of Alclntnsh in his Atlantic flight project will probably end the Atlantic ventures for tiie present season, because henceforth the Atlantic will he no playground. Air Ahilntosh’s plane was forced down, and when it was hut fifty feet from the water the visibility was only a few yards. ALTntosh turned hack at five o’clock in the evening. He emptied his petrol tanks on route.
