*♦«»- SITT 1 KGS AT HOKITIKA. MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th. (before His Honour Mr Justice Adams.) His Honour took his seat at 10.30 a. in. IN DIVORCE. Hannah Coeminerer (Mr Joyce) v. John Charles Coeminerer, suit- for dissolution of marriage on grounds of desertion for three years. Defendant did not appear.

Applicant gave evidence that she was married in 1888 at New Plymouth and there were seven children. In November. 1923, her husband went to live on a farm and told her to go to the West Coast to her daughter. He had paid nothing to her support since then and she had not seen him.

Elina May Trolland deposed she was a daughter of petitioner. Was at Eltham when her father told her mother to get out of the house on Ist November. 1923, and to go to her daughter on the West Coast. As far as she knew he was in the North Isi’and now. A decree nisi was granted to be made after three months. Respondent to pav costs on the lowest scale. CIVIL. W. H. Robinson (Mr Murdoch) v. D. J. Diedrichs for performance of agreement and £l5O damages. Mr Murdoch for Rates and Edgar, of Christchurch, stntecl the case had been settled out of court. He asked that it be struck out. —Struck out accordingly. IN BANKRUPTCY.

Mr J. Moynihan v. Wm. Sutherland, creditor’s petition for respondent to be adjudged a bankrupt. Mr Murdoch stated the debtor had made satisfactory arrangements and lie asked for leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted and petition with-

drawn. This concluded the business and. the Court rose at 10,45 a.m.
