Rex George (both ol the Auckland Club) was an exciting contest, ending at the 37tli green in favour of Plumley. The golf was of a high standard. The Junior Cup was won by C. I’. Howden, a King’s College boy, aged 15, who in the finals defeated Nicolls (Auckland) 9 and 7.
