(Australian & N.Z..Cable Association. , IRTSH ELECTIONS. LONDON, Sept. 10. Tlie general opinion in Dublin is that the Party organisers have increased the election polling. Seventy per cent, of the electors have voted in Dublin before seven o’clock. The Government is optimistic concerning the prospects ns its chief fear was that there would he apathy on the part of the electors. The reduction ill the number of candidates made it ensier for the voter to use their preferences.
