The Australian, took heavy punishment in the sixth and in Hie seventh rounds, as he was trying to recover from his weariness. Then he fought madly in the eighth, landing repeatedly on Finnegan’s jaw, and in the ninth and tenth, greatly strengthened, and had much the better of the exchanges.
