'lhe Marriage Amendment Bill' was i revived from tho House and read a first time. 1 lie Council adjourned at 5.35 p.m. THE HOUSE. The afternoon sitting of the House was occupied with reports and other formal business. Ihe evening sitting was occupied with a debate on the Summer Time Bill which was agreed to, after a division, by to 29 to 14. Hie House rose at 12.33 a.m. till 2.30 p.m.
