Further reports state all Soviet citizens are ordered to register for conscription. The reports emanated from ‘“Zarvas” Manchurian correspondent, and it is impossible to determine ho"” much of the report is propaganda. Another* report states that all Red Commanders, serving with Chinese armies, have been ordered to quit and proceed to Vladivostock immediately.
