HOKITIKA MINIATURE RIFLE CLUB.
Tho weekly shoot took place at the Hokitika Minature Rifle Club’s Range on Monday evening when the second of a three night handicap shoot was held. The best aggregate scores are: A. Wallace 70 (possible 70), J. W. Haile G 9,
G. Kelly 09, I?. Appleton 68, H. Slinrntnn GO, Af. Hutchison 66. Ladies: -.isses 0. Stapleton 65, L. Sweney 58, A. Stapleton 56. The best aggregates for the season up-to-date are:—Pts off Pts Off Itille. Hep. Tl. Appleton 604 583 S. Sharmnn 790 544 L. irulchi.son 575 407 At. Hutchison 537 425 AY. Johnston 521 463 J. AY. Haile 529 492 G. Kelly 302 456 A. AA'allacc 518 -!28 LADIES: Pis off Pts Off Rifle. Hep. O. Stapleton 616 521 A. Stapleton 396 153 J. AValkcr 561 132 L. Sweney 451 115 Ist. and 2nd. prizes are provided for season aggregates. Air -J. J. AfeTntosh’s guinea, goes to the highest aggregate off rifle for ladies. At a meeting of the Ceminittee it was decided to hold a further threenight handicap shoot beginning on 26th. Sept., the prizes to lie the badges now being shot for every month, the winners to retain the badges.
