The Xew Zealanders began another match at Allandndtio to-day, hut owing to rain a start could not be made till 2 o’clock. The Cygnets side contained a numIver of those who had played in previous matches for Wales. Although the wicket was sticky from the operaiion of the sun on tho turf after the rain, the local men decided to bat.
