BOAKES CHARGED. MAGISTRATE’S COMMENT. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Tspet. 1. ■•I have come to the conclusion” said the magistrate “that the evidence lias raised more than mere suspicion and that accused must he committed for trial.” The Magistrate thanked both connsel and the police for their assistance in the proper presentation of a difficult case.
