HORATIO BOTTOMLEY.
LONDON. Aug. 28. The newspaper “Weekly Despatch’ B ays Horatio Bottomley lias instructed his solicitors to apply to the Court to fix the conclusion of the public examination regarding, the Victory Bond Club and allied undertakings which • were postponed after his conviction. He has lodged details of receipts and payments an ddesires an examination thereon. He invited a London Committee of bond-holdeTS to employ solicitors and accountants at his own expense to investigate the accounts. Ho is also enquiring with a view of recovering assets in France, and fixing the responsibility for large numbers of forged certificates.
