(lly Telegraph—Per Press Association. GISBORNE, Aug. 22. The Supreme Court opened this morning. Justice Ostler congratulated the district on the 'tightness of the calendar. there being only three cases for trial. True hills were found in all three eases. David Nealson, an elderly Maltese was sentenced to eighteen months on six charges of receiving stolen property.
